A: We repair desktops, laptops, and workstations for both Windows and macOS. We also handle peripherals (monitors, printers), SSD/HDD replacements, RAM upgrades, screen/battery replacements, and basic network or Wi-Fi issues.

A: Yes, we offer custom computer builds tailored to your specific needs and preferences.

A: A repair will typically take about 1-2 hours perhaps longer depending on diagnostics report. If we have to we will take the computer to our workshop for further maintenance if needed. But most of the repairs are quick and efficient. 

A: It depends on the problem. There's usually a diagnostic fee, which gets applied toward the repair if you decide to proceed. After diagnosis, we’ll provide a detailed quote. Parts and labor are billed separately. We aim to stay competitive and transparent.

A: Yes — for certain software issues (virus removal, slow performance, OS errors) we can often fix things remotely. If it’s a hardware issue or something requiring physical access (screen repair, motherboard work, etc.), you’ll need to bring it in (or schedule a pickup/delivery if available)

A: We do our best to protect your data. Before doing anything invasive, we recommend that you back up your important files. In many cases, we can work without affecting stored data. But if your drive is failing or severely corrupted, there’s always a risk — we’ll discuss this with you up front.

A: If we evaluate your device and determine it’s beyond economical repair (cost of parts or labor higher than replacement), we’ll let you know before doing anything. If parts are unavailable, we’ll discuss alternatives (used, compatible parts, or recommending a replacement). We believe in honesty — you only pay for what’s done, and we’ll never proceed with costly work without your approval.
